it is observed that in all hospitals in the city of Lisbon, the rights of children are guaranteed. However, it should be highlighted that there is a discrepancy between what is the view of administrations and professionals and of children\/families, in some cases professionals consider to be guaranteeing rights that in reality are not felt in the same way by children and families.
