Main Results
In general, it is observed that in all hospitals in the city of Lisbon, the rights of children are guaranteed. However, it should be highlighted that there is a discrepancy between what is the view of administrations and professionals and of children/families, in some cases professionals consider to be guaranteeing rights that in reality are not felt in the same way by children and families. The most positive point to be mentioned concerns the human and sensitive side of health professionals in contact with children and their families.
