No dia 9 assinala-se o Dia da Internet Segura cujo tema este ano é “Juntos por uma internet melhor”. o IAC em parceria com o Projecto MiudosSegurosNa.Net e a a Associação AjudAjudar lançaram recentemente um apelo à Presidência Portuguesa da União Europeia para que se chegue com celeridade a um acordo de Derrogação Temporária da Diretiva da Privacidade Eletrónica, para que assim sejam reativadas ferramentas (tecnologias específicas) que eram usadas para detetar, denunciar, remover e bloquear materiais com conteúdos abusivos envolvendo crianças.
